The Chosen One
Directed by Lim Suat Yen, this amazing production includes a cast of actors from Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. The colourful cast includes Zong Zijie (Singapore), Yao Kuo (Taiwan), Angel Lim (Malaysia), and Gurmit Singh (Singapore), who all made their appearance during the fan meet-up and premiere gala event at Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur, giving fans a memorable evening.
The Chosen One was produced by NoonTalk Media (Singapore) and co-produced by Current Pictures (Malaysia) and Oak3 Films (Singapore), with the support of The National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS). This movie truly transcends borders as not only the ensembled cast but also the producers are incorporated from diverse countries.
The Story
The story is set on following Ah Jie as he struggles to grasp the weight and importance of his powers due to his tumultuous past.
Award
The Chosen One has been awarded Best Producer by Indie House, an IMDb International film festival.
