“Spend To Win” Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility:

• This lucky draw event is open only to R Pharmacy members with E-MEMBER or CORPORATE MEMBER status. Non-members and other member types are not eligible.
• 2 methods to qualify for an entry, 
  • The customer must make a minimum spend RM50 storewide in a single receipt.
    • Each qualifying receipt is eligible for one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry requires a separate qualifying receipt.
  • Or redeem an entry with 300 member points
    • Multiple entries are allowed as long as the customer have sufficient points for redemption.

2. Event Period:

• Purchases and points redemptions must be made between 3/3/2025 – 28/4/2025 at any R Pharmacy outlet to qualify for the event.

3. How to Enter:

• Customers must apply the Entry Voucher in their R Pharmacy Member App at the time of purchase to enter and/or redeem an entry via points redemptions Voucher.

4. Prizes:

• Grand Prize: Russell Taylors Digital Microwave Oven 20L M3 (3 winners)

5. Announcement of Results:

• Winners will be randomly selected from the total entries.
• Winners will be announced on R Pharmacy’s official Facebook page and Instagram profile on 30/4/2025.
• Winners will receive a WhatsApp message from R Pharmacy’s Marketing team.
• Winners must respond within 24 hours with the following information:

• Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Winners are required to complete and sign an acknowledgement letter and send back the soft copy via WhatsApp within 2 days time. For any assistance, please visit any R Pharmacy outlet.

6. Prize Collection:

• Prizes must be collected at the following address
  • Address: R Pharmacy, No. 11, Jalan MIVO 1, MIVO Industrial Park, Industri Desa Aman, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
  • Date: 1/4/2025 – 14/4/2025 (Monday – Friday only)
  • Time: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• If the winner does not collect the prize within the timeline, it will be forfeited.
• If the winner opts for shipping, any shipping fees will be borne by the winner.
• R Pharmacy is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping.

7. Additional Terms:

• This event is limited to one (1) entry per qualifying receipt.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability:

• R Pharmacy will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred from participation in this event or use of any prizes.
• R Pharmacy will not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred from the shipping of any prizes if the winner opted for this option.

9. Privacy:

• Personal data collected as part of the event will be used in accordance with R Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy and may be used for announcing winners and prize distribution.

10. Rights Reserved:

• R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

Duit Raya Voucher

1. These vouchers (RM5, RM10 & RM20) is valid at R Pharmacy outlets from 3/3/2025 – 28/4/2025.
2. Each R Pharmacy app member is entitled to one (1) redemption per transaction per denomination during the promotion period.
3. Customers must redeem the vouchers in the R Pharmacy app before checkout, and the cashier must scan the voucher QR code before completing the transaction.
4. This promotion is only applicable for in-store purchases and cannot be used for online transactions.
5. To qualify for this promotion, customers must meet the minimum spend on selected products in a single receipt:
   1. RM5 Instant Rebate with a minimum spend of RM50 on selected products.
   2. RM10 Instant Rebate with a minimum spend of RM100 on selected products.
   3. RM20 Instant Rebate with a minimum spend of RM200 on selected products.
6. This promotion is valid for a limited time and quantity, and it is subject to availability while stocks last.
7. This promotion is not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
8. This promotion is not valid for the purchase of prescription medications, nutritional drinks, milk powders, diapers, and selected excluded items.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
10. The final spend amount must meet the minimum requirement after all discounts, promotions and selected products.
11. If a transaction is refunded or canceled, this promotion will be voided. If the total spend falls below the required amount after a refund, R Pharmacy reserves the right to deduct the rebate value from the refund.

Sampul Raya Giveaway

1. This promotion is open to all customers who make a minimum spend of RM30 on storewide products in a single transaction at any R Pharmacy outlet during the promotional period.
2. This promotion runs from 3/3/2025 – 28/4/2025.
3. Customers who meet the minimum spend requirement are entitled to receive one (1) set of free Raya packets per qualifying transaction.
4. Each customer is limited to a maximum of three (3) redemptions per day.
5. This promotion is available in limited quantities, while stocks last. 
6. Customers must present their receipt at the counter to claim the free Sampul Raya.
7. The Sampul Raya are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless stated otherwise.
