Malaysia Day 2025 Lucky Draw

 

1. Eligibility:

• This lucky draw event is open only to R Pharmacy members with E-MEMBER or CORPORATE MEMBER status. Non-members and other member types are not eligible.
• 2 methods to qualify for an entry, 
  • the customer must make a minimum spend RM50 on storewide and must include at least 1 selected product in a single receipt
  • or redeem an entry with 300 member points
• Each qualifying receipt is eligible for one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry requires a separate qualifying receipt.

2. Event Period:

• Purchases must be made between 1/9/2025 – 1/10/2025 at any R Pharmacy outlet to qualify for the event.

3. How to Enter:

• Customers must apply the Entry Voucher in their R Pharmacy Member App at the time of purchase to enter.

4. Prizes:

• GRAND Prize: RM300 eCash Voucher (1 winner)
• SECOND Prize: RM200 eCash Voucher (1 winner)
• THIRD Prize: RM62 eCash Voucher (5 winners)
• GEMILANG Prize: 2025 Bonus Member Points (20 winners)

5. Announcement of Results:

• Winners will be randomly selected from the total entries.
• Winners will be announced on R Pharmacy’s official Facebook page and Instagram profile on 3/10/2025.
• Winners will receive a WhatsApp notification from R Pharmacy’s official phone number (+6018-2492282).
• Winners must respond within 24 hours with the following information:

• Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Winners are required to complete and sign an acknowledgement letter and send back the soft copy via WhatsApp within 2 days. For any assistance, please visit any R Pharmacy outlet.

6. Prize Collection:

• The eCash Vouchers will be credited into the winner’s R Pharmacy App Member Account within 14 working days from the date of confirmation.
• The eCash Vouchers will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• No extension of the validity will be allowed and any amount not utilised within the validity period will not be refunded.

7. Additional Terms:

• This event is limited to one (1) entry per qualifying receipt.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Liability:

• R Pharmacy is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred from participation in this event or use of any prizes.

9. Privacy:

• Personal data collected as part of the event will be used in accordance with R Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy and may be used for announcing winners and prize distribution.

10. Rights Reserved:

• R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

1. The following Terms & Conditions apply to the Match & Win RM6 Rebate promotion (“Promotion”) organised by R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn. Bhd.). By participating, customers agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

   4. Voucher Terms & Conditions

   1. This voucher is valid for redemption and use at R Pharmacy from 1/9/2025 – 1/10/2025.
   2. This voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per transaction.
   3. This voucher is limited to the first 500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
   4. This voucher is applicable for in-store purchases at R Pharmacy outlets only.
   5. This voucher requires a minimum spend of RM62 on storewide with at least one selected product in a single receipt to qualify for a RM6 instant rebate.
   6. This voucher is valid for a limited time and quantity, and it is subject to availability while stocks last.
   7. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
   8. This voucher is not valid for the purchase of prescription medications, nutritional drinks, milk powders, diapers and selected items.
   9. This voucher cannot be used in tandem with other promotions, offers, coupons, or vouchers.
   10. R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at their sole discretion without prior notice.
   11. By participating in this promotion, the user agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or variations thereto, as well as any decisions made by R Pharmacy (Pastel Care Sdn Bhd).

   3. R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

   4. All decisions made by R Pharmacy regarding the Promotion are final and binding.

   5. By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments or variations thereto.
