Please read these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) carefully before participating in the R Pharmacy Coloring Contest (“Contest”). By entering this Contest, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Contest Period
The Contest runs from 29/4/2025 – 26/5/2025, both dates inclusive.
Winners will be announced on 5/6/2025 via R Pharmacy’s official Facebook page.
2. Eligibility

Open to all residents of Malaysia.

Participants must submit their entries via a Facebook account owned or supervised by a parent or guardian.

Employees of R Pharmacy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Participate
-
Collect the official contest coloring sheet from any R Pharmacy outlet or download it from R Pharmacy Official Website.

Color the sheet using any medium (e.g., crayons, color pencils, markers).

Like and follow the R Pharmacy Facebook page.

Scan the QR code provided at the outlet or in the contest visual.

Upload a clear photo of the completed artwork in the comment section of the designated Facebook post.
4. Submission Rules

Only one entry per participant is allowed.

Artwork must be the participant’s own original coloring work.

Entries must be submitted within the contest period. Late submissions will not be considered.

Entries must be submitted by a public Facebook profile to ensure visibility.

Any entries containing offensive, inappropriate, or plagiarized content will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection & Prizes
- Five (5) winners will be selected based on creativity and originality of their photo and answer.
- The decision by R Pharmacy is final, and no appeals will be entertained.
- Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram.
- Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.
- Each winner will receive prize set with a total value of over RM110

5. Winners Announcement
- Winners will be announced via R Pharmacy’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Winners must respond within 24 hours of the winner announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected.
- Winners must provide necessary details for verification upon being contacted via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM (full name, IC number, phone number, email address, testimonial, and photo.

6. Prize Redemption

- Step 2: Go to the product page
- Step 3: Add the prize to your cart.
- Step 4: Apply the voucher code at checkout.
- Step 5: Choose your preferred delivery method:
Option 1: Self-Pickup

Option 2: Courier Shipment
-Winners must pay a shipping fee at checkout. - The voucher code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed before the given deadline.
- If the prize is not redeemed within 2 weeks, it will be forfeited.

7. Rights and Ownership

By participating, you grant R Pharmacy the right to use, reproduce, and display submitted artworks for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and in-store materials.
8. Personal Data Protection
All personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this Contest and handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
9. General

R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Contest or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

R Pharmacy is not responsible for any technical issues, loss, or delay in entry submissions.

By entering this Contest, participants and their guardians agree to release and hold harmless R Pharmacy from any claims or damages arising from participation.
