By participating in the R Pharmacy X Paloma: Find & Win (“Giveaway”), participants agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. This Giveaway is open to residents of Malaysia only.
1.2. Participants must have a public account on Facebook and/or Instagram during the event period to be eligible.
1.3. Employees of R Pharmacy, Paloma, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
2.1. The Giveaway runs from 10/3/2025 to 24/3/2025 (11:59 PM, MYT).
2.2. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Participate
3.1 Facebook Entry Method:
- Follow @rpharmacy.my and @visitpaloma.
- Like & share this contest post on your Facebook timeline (set to public).
- Find the hidden Paloma 24/7 Repair Serum in the image.
- Comment your answer in the comment of the post and tag 3 friends.
3.2 Instagram Entry Method:
- Follow @rpharmacy.my and @visitpaloma.
- Like & share this contest post to your Instagram Story (set to public).
- Find the hidden Paloma 24/7 Repair Serum in the image.
- Post your answer on your Instagram Story and tag @rpharmacy.my and @visitpaloma
4. Winner Selection & Announcement
4.1. 3 winners from Facebook and 3 winners from Instagram will be randomly selected.
4.2. Each winner will receive one (1) prize.
4.3. Winners will be announced on 27/3/2025 via R Pharmacy’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
4.4. Winners must respond to R Pharmacy within 24 hours (by 28/3/2025, 11:59 PM) via direct message to claim their prize.
4.5. If a winner fails to respond within the time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.
4.6. One Prize per Winner: Winners can only win one set of prizes. A Facebook winner cannot win the Instagram prize and vice versa.
5. Prize Details
- Each winner will receive one (1) Paloma 24/7 Repair Serum (40ml) worth RM215.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- R Pharmacy reserves the right to replace the prize with an item of equal or higher value if necessary.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1. Winners must DM R Pharmacy within 24 hours after the winner’s announcement to claim their prize.
6.2. Once verified, winners will receive a voucher code to redeem the prize at R Pharmacy’s e-store
6.3. Redemption Steps:
- Step 1: Sign in to your R Pharmacy e-store account: [https://estore.rpharmacy.com.my/]
- Step 2: Complete your shipping address first then only proceed to next step.
- Step 2: Go to the product page
- Step 3: Add the prize to your cart.
- Step 4: Apply the voucher code at checkout.
- Step 5: Choose your preferred delivery method:
Option 1: Self-Pickup- Choose the Free Checkup
- Option 2: Courier Shipment
- Winners must pay a shipping fee of RM10 (West Malaysia) at checkout.
6.4. The voucher code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed before the given deadline.
6.5. If the prize is not redeemed before 28/2//2025, it will be forfeited.
7. General Terms
7.1. Any incomplete, late, or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.
7.2. R Pharmacy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners and may request additional proof of identity if necessary.
7.3. R Pharmacy and Paloma are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to failed entries due to internet connectivity, system errors, or account restrictions.
7.4. R Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
7.5. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to allow R Pharmacy and Hello M’arch to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes, including reposting on social media platforms.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Participant information will be used solely for the purposes of this Giveaway and prize fulfillment.
8.2. R Pharmacy and Paloma will not share personal details with third parties without consent.
