“Spend & Win” Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility:

  • This lucky draw contest is open only to R Pharmacy members with E-MEMBER or CORPORATE MEMBER status. Non-members and other member types are not eligible.
  • To qualify for an entry, the customer must make a minimum purchase of RM30, including at least one (1) participating “mailer brand” product, in a single receipt.
  • Each qualifying receipt is eligible for one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry requires a separate qualifying receipt.

2. Contest Period:

  • Purchases must be made between 1/11/2024 – 30/11/2024 at any R Pharmacy outlet to qualify for the contest.

3. How to Enter:

  • Customers must apply the Entry Voucher in their R Pharmacy Member App at the time of purchase to enter.

4. Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: LUMI Beauty Super Serum Trio worth RM405.00 each (2 winners)
  • Special Prize: RM50 R Pharmacy Shopping Voucher (6 winners)

5. Announcement of Results:

  • Winners will be announced on R Pharmacy’s official Facebook page and Instagram profile on 4th December 2024.
  • Winners will receive a WhatsApp notification from R Pharmacy’s official phone number (+6018 249 2282).
  • Winners must respond within 24 hours with the following information:
    • Full name (as per IC)
    • IC number
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Testimonial
    • Photo
  • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • Winners are required to complete and sign an acknowledgement letter and send back the soft copy via WhatsApp within 2 days. For any assistance, please visit any R Pharmacy outlet.

6. Prize Collection:

  • Prizes can be collected at the winner’s registered R Pharmacy outlet.
  • If the winner opts for shipping, any shipping fees will be borne by the winner.

7. Additional Terms:

  • This contest is limited to one (1) entry per qualifying receipt.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Liability:

  • R Pharmacy is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred from participation in this contest or use of any prizes.

9. Privacy:

  • Personal data collected as part of the contest will be used in accordance with R Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy and may be used for announcing winners and prize distribution.

10. Rights Reserved:

  • R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Free Health Screening Terms and Conditions

  1. This free health screening is exclusively available to R Pharmacy app E-members and corporate members only.
  2. This offer is valid for redemption from 1/11/2024 – 30/11/2024.
  3. The free health screening can be redeemed at any R Pharmacy outlet.
  4. This offer includes a free blood test (covering blood sugar, blood pressure, and uric acid tests) with a minimum spend of RM50, including at least one (1) participating mailer brand product in a single receipt.
  5. The free health screening is valid for a one-time use per member.
  6. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or shared with other users.
  7. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  8. R Pharmacy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the promotion at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
